Cache Error in Odyssey (Clear Odyssey Cache)

Fist login as the User and then...
1.)  Clear the Internet Explorer cache via Internet Options.
2.) Click Start and in the search box type:  %localappdata%\
3.) Click on the folder Tyler Technologies 
4.) Click on the folder Odyssey
5.) Click on the folder Cache
6.) Delete the folder named: insupremprod
7.) Restart the computer
8.) Log back in as the user and hold down <Control & Shift> and open Odyssey
     **** This forces an update to Odyssey
Have the use login and go to a case.  It will bring back all the settings for the user and then it will perform an update.
